2. Services Policy

AIEducationPro provides Professional AI Training Programs. All details about each program are available on our site.

2.1 Enrollment and Scheduling

Upon enrollment, you will receive a confirmation with program details. You may request a refund up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date. After this period, no refund requests will be honored due to instructor commitments and venue arrangements.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session once, provided you notify us no later than 7 days before the original start date. Transfers are subject to availability.

No refund or transfer is available for on-demand workshop modules that are accessible immediately after enrollment. These modules are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

3. Digital Products Policy

AIEducationPro offers downloadable digital materials such as e-guides and pre-recorded tutorials. All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing digital materials, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We may assist with access or issue a refund if access cannot be restored. Refund requests after 14 days are not accepted.

4. Physical Goods Policy

For any tangible items purchased through AIEducationPro, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition received.

To initiate a refund, contact us first to receive instructions. You are responsible for any shipping fees to send back the item. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund through your original payment method within 14 days.
